Our mission is to empower our clients by providing supportive, respectful, responsible, therapeutic and counseling services.
What To Expect
Typical individual sessions are 55 minutes in length, and can extend to 100 minutes for trauma work, or family sessions in which multiple members are present.
We strongly encourage a commitment to weekly sessions which fosters our therapeutic bond, momentum in our work, and a stronger likelihood for change.
Length of treatment depends on personal need, the strength of support and community resources available, and level of intensity in our work together.
Cost
We accept all CareFirst products.
